Maintenance and replacement cycle

There is no fixed answer. It depends on the usage environment! The official manual is an important reference, but it needs to be adjusted flexibly.

· Standard Recommendations:

· Street Riding: Check every 3,000 - 6,000 kilometers, replace every 6,000 - 12,000 kilometers (paper filter).

· Dusty/ Harsh Environments (off-road, construction sites, high dust levels): The inspection and replacement frequency should be doubled or even shorter.

· Foam Filter: Check and clean after each off-road ride or every few hundred kilometers.

· Signs indicating the need for early replacement:

1. Difficulty starting the engine, unstable idle speed.

2. Weak acceleration, significant decrease in power.

3. Abnormally increased fuel consumption.

4. Obvious blockage, dirtiness or oil contamination can be seen when removing the filter.

5. Filter damage or aging at the sealing edge.

Q1: How do you pack them?

Generally speaking, we first use plastic bags to pack the carburetor, and then put the carburetor with a good bag in an independent packaging box, white, about the box, there are white boxes, cowhide boxes, and color boxes, you can choose according to your needs, a large number of products can be customized color boxes, and then use cowhide cartons to pack all the products, and finally use woven bags to pack. The cargo will be more secure. If you have other special requirements, we can pack according to your requirements.
