When the Ma660 chainsaw is working, the carburetor accurately adjusts the mixture ratio of oil and gas according to different states of the engine such as idle speed, low speed and high speed. For example, at idle, a thinner mixture is provided to ensure stable engine operation and low fuel consumption; When cutting at high speed, it provides a rich mixture to ensure sufficient power output.
Control engine speed
Different engine speeds are achieved by adjusting the carburetor idle screw (T pin), low speed screw (L pin) and high speed screw (H pin). The T-pin is used to adjust the speed of the chainsaw when idling, so that the chainsaw can maintain a stable idle speed when not working, neither stalling nor turning the chain. L needle is mainly used to fine-tune the mixture concentration when the chainsaw is running at low speed, so that the engine can run smoothly at low speed without frustration. The H needle plays a role in the high-speed operation of the chainsaw, adjusting the mixture concentration and engine speed at high speed, so that the chainsaw can output the maximum power at high speed sawing.
Improve chainsaw performance and prolong life
Reasonable adjustment of carburetor can fully burn fuel, improve combustion efficiency, reduce carbon accumulation, reduce internal wear of engine and extend engine service life. It can also ensure that the engine can provide stable and strong power under various working conditions, avoid overload operation due to insufficient power, and reduce damage to mechanical components.
Adapt to different working environments
The carburetor can be adjusted in different working environments such as altitude and temperature. For example, at high altitudes, the air is thin, and the mixture needs to be properly diluted; In cold temperatures, it may be necessary to adjust the carburetor to make it easier to get the chainsaw up and running.
