The PB-650 recoil starter assembly, a complete pull starter unit for backpack blowers. Black plastic housing, a flange with four holes and brass inserts, a T-shaped START handle with rope, and a center claw pawl set engaging the drum. Pull the handle, the rope turns the drum, the pawls store and release the pull in steps, and once the engine is up the claws disengage. Line the four holes of the flange with the studs on the machine's side cover and tighten the four screws diagonally. Replace the whole unit when the rope does not spring back, the drum rattles, or the claws no longer catch. Replaces A051000841; check against the old part for models in the same family.
