The PWK24 Intake Manifold is an air-fuel delivery kit designed for PWK24 carburetors, including aluminum body, heat-resistant gasket, and stainless steel fasteners. The body is made of 6061 aluminum alloy with anodized treatment, featuring corrosion resistance and good heat dissipation, which can quickly dissipate heat during air intake to avoid excessive fuel-air preheating; the heat-resistant rubber gasket can withstand 80-120℃ around the engine, with high sealing fit to prevent unmixed air from seeping in; the stainless steel bolts and nuts are rust-resistant, fixed firmly after installation, and not easy to loosen due to vibration.

This manifold fits PWK24 carburetors and 125-150cc small engines, off-road motorcycles, etc. Its inner diameter matches the carburetor interface precisely, ensuring the air-fuel ratio is stable at the ideal 14.7:1, improving fuel combustion efficiency by about 10% while reducing intake resistance— a practical upgrade accessory for the air intake system of power equipment.
