This 140F dedicated carburetor is integrally cast with thickened die-cast aluminum for high rigidity against deformation and cracking under equipment vibration. The extended brass adjusting bolt on the side supports fine tuning of fuel volume and damper opening to guarantee smooth power output under both no-load idling and loaded working conditions. Precisely ground internal oil passages and metering holes realize smooth fuel circulation and excellent atomization, lowering overall fuel consumption and carbon accumulation.

The customized black sealing gasket perfectly fits the flange surface to fill assembly gaps and resolve startup failure & power drop caused by mixed gas leakage. Two solvent-resistant transparent primer bulbs resist hardening, whitening and cracking after long gasoline immersion. Manual pressing quickly vents air and pre-fuels the pipeline to greatly improve cold-start success rate.

Mounting hole spacing, fuel nozzles and interfaces are produced strictly according to OEM specifications for plug-and-play installation without modification.
