· When the engine starts or is in a low-speed idle state, the centrifugal flyweights inside the clutch, due to insufficient rotational speed, generate centrifugal force that is not strong enough to overcome the spring tension. Therefore, they are in a "contracted" state and do not transmit power.

· At this time, regardless of whether the engine is running or not, the working components are stationary. This ensures that the machine can start safely and easily, and the blades/tangling ropes will not rotate at idle speed, significantly enhancing safety and avoiding unnecessary wear and energy consumption.

2. Automatic power transmission based on load (automatic coupling)

· When the operator increases the throttle and the engine speed rises to a certain value (usually around 2500-3000 revolutions per minute), the centrifugal flyweights inside the clutch are pushed outward by centrifugal force and tightly press against the clutch cover, using friction to automatically transfer the engine's power to the output shaft, driving the working components to rotate at high speed.
