TU26 Oil Seal: The "Leakage Protection Barrier" for Small Engines

The TU26 Oil Seal is the "leakage protection barrier" for TU26 small engines, designed specifically for sealing shaft gaps during equipment operation. Its main body is made of oil-resistant nitrile rubber, with a swelling rate of less than 3% against gasoline and engine oil, so it won’t soften or lose sealing effectiveness after long-term contact with fuel.

To enhance durability, the oil seal has a built-in reinforced steel skeleton. Even under engine vibration or high-speed shaft rotation, it can maintain the stability of the sealing shape, avoiding gap leakage caused by deformation; the surface is additionally covered with a PTFE coating, reducing the friction coefficient between the oil seal and the rotating shaft to 0.15, which not only reduces component wear but also lowers operating resistance.

In the practical use of TU26 equipment, old oil seals often have "engine oil leakage" due to rubber aging and skeleton deformation, which not only wastes oil but also contaminates the equipment and accelerates internal component wear. After replacing with this TU26 Oil Seal, the protection level of the sealing gap is upgraded to IP65, the engine oil leakage rate drops to 0, and the service life of the oil seal is extended to more than 800 hours.
