GX100 Piston: "Precision Power Core" for Small Equipment

The GX100 Piston is a key power component for GX100-series small engines, designed for low-power generators and micro water pumps.

Its ADC12 aluminum alloy body, after T6 heat treatment, can withstand high temperature and pressure in the engine without breaking due to brittleness; the 0.02mm-level fit clearance between the piston and cylinder minimizes gas leakage, making the engine power output more stable; the 20CrMnTi piston pin is wear-resistant and durable—even if the equipment runs continuously for 10 hours, the piston pin won’t loosen.

The household GX100 micro water pump previously had water pressure drop from 2Bar to 1.2Bar due to piston wear. After replacing this piston kit, the water pressure immediately returned to 2.1Bar, and the "rattle" noise during operation was much smaller; small generators using it have significantly improved idle stability, and there is no longer the problem of "unable to power small appliances"— a practical precision accessory for power restoration of small equipment.
