The 188F Balance Shaft is the "vibration reduction & smoothness core" of high-power 188F models—targeting piston reciprocating vibration of high-power engines at high speeds, it is integrally forged from high-strength steel, with surface quenching (hardness over HRC48) for high rigidity and wear resistance; the shaft’s gear precisely meshes with the crankshaft gear, generating inertial force opposite to piston vibration direction during rotation, offsetting about 80% of engine vibration.

This balance shaft’s design fully matches the crankshaft parameters of 188F engines: the gear tooth profile precision reaches grade 7, with meshing clearance controlled within 0.03mm to avoid operation impact and noise; the journal cylindricity error is less than 0.005mm, ensuring smoothness during high-speed rotation without vibration aggravation due to eccentricity.

In 188F engine use, old balance shafts are prone to increased vibration (body shake, louder noise) due to gear wear and journal deformation. After replacing this balance shaft, the engine’s vibration amplitude is significantly reduced, and operation smoothness and noise control capabilities are fully restored.
